ลบร้านและบัญชี

แอป “รถเข็นใกล้ฉัน” (Android: th.rotkhen.app) · ผู้พัฒนา: PONG Developer (kampanatth0222@gmail.com)

วิธีที่ 1: ลบเองในแอป (ทันที)

1. เปิดแอป “รถเข็นใกล้ฉัน” และต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต
2. แตะแท็บ ฉันเป็นแม่ค้า ด้านล่าง เพื่อเข้าหน้า “ร้านของฉัน”
   หรือในแท็บ หาร้าน แตะรูปโปรไฟล์ที่ขวาสุดของช่องค้นหาด้านบน แล้วเลือก ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลร้าน แล้วข้ามไปขั้นที่ 4 (ใช้ทางนี้ถ้าล็อกอินแล้วแต่ยังไม่ได้สร้างร้าน)
3. เลื่อนลงล่างสุด แตะ ลบร้านและบัญชี (ตัวอักษรสีแดง)
4. อ่านข้อความยืนยัน แล้วแตะ ลบถาวร
5. เลือกบัญชี Google บัญชีเดิมที่ใช้เปิดร้าน อีกครั้ง เพื่อยืนยันว่าเป็นคุณ (ถ้ากดยกเลิกหรือเลือกบัญชีผิด จะยังไม่มีอะไรถูกลบ ลองใหม่ได้)
6. เมื่อขึ้นข้อความ “ลบร้านและบัญชีเรียบร้อยแล้ว” ถือว่าเสร็จ ถ้าขึ้นว่าลบไม่สำเร็จ ให้ตรวจอินเทอร์เน็ตแล้วลองใหม่

วิธีที่ 2: ขอให้เราลบให้

ถ้าเปิดแอปไม่ได้ ทำมือถือหาย หรือถอนแอปไปแล้ว ส่งข้อความหาเราทางเพจ Facebook “รถเข็นใกล้ฉัน” หรืออีเมล kampanatth0222@gmail.com โดยบอก:

• ชื่อร้านในแอป
• อีเมลบัญชี Google ที่ใช้ล็อกอินเปิดร้าน
• ข้อความว่า “ขอลบร้านและบัญชี”

เราอาจถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเล็กน้อยเพื่อยืนยันว่าคุณเป็นเจ้าของร้านจริง แล้วจะลบให้และแจ้งกลับ ภายใน 30 วัน

อะไรจะถูกลบ

อะไรที่ไม่ถูกลบ / ต้องทำเพิ่ม

• บัญชี Google ของคุณ ไม่ถูกลบ เราลบเฉพาะบัญชีในแอปนี้ (บัญชี Google จัดการที่ Google)
• ถ้าบัญชีเคยถูกระงับเพราะผิดข้อตกลงการใช้งาน ทีมงานเก็บรหัสผู้ใช้ อีเมล Google เวลา และเหตุผลไว้ต่อ เพื่อกันการสมัครใหม่มาทำผิดซ้ำ (ดู นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ข้อ 8)
• เรื่องที่มีคนแจ้งว่าร้านไม่เหมาะสม (ถ้ามี) มีแค่รหัสร้าน เหตุผล ข้อความที่ผู้แจ้งพิมพ์ และเวลา เก็บไว้ให้ทีมงานตรวจสอบจนเสร็จ

ไม่อยากลบทั้งหมด?

• หยุดแชร์ตำแหน่ง: แตะ ปิดร้าน ในแอปหรือบนแจ้งเตือน ตำแหน่งร้านถูกลบทันที ข้อมูลร้านยังอยู่
• แก้ไขหรือลบบางเมนู / เบอร์โทร: หน้า “ร้านของฉัน” → แก้ไขร้าน เมนู และราคา
• ออกจากระบบ: แอปจะปิดร้านและลบตำแหน่งให้ก่อน ข้อมูลร้านยังอยู่ ล็อกอินกลับมาใช้ต่อได้

Delete your shop and account

App: “รถเข็นใกล้ฉัน” (Rotkhen – Street carts near me), Android package th.rotkhen.app · Developer: PONG Developer (kampanatth0222@gmail.com)

Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Open the app and make sure you are online.
2. Tap the bottom tab ฉันเป็นแม่ค้า (“I’m a vendor”) to open “ร้านของฉัน” (My shop).
   Or, on the หาร้าน (Find shops) tab, tap your profile picture at the right end of the search bar and choose ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลร้าน, then go to step 4 (use this if you signed in but never created a shop).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap ลบร้านและบัญชี (“Delete shop and account”, in red).
4. Confirm with ลบถาวร (“Delete permanently”).
5. Choose the same Google account you used for the shop to verify it is you. If you cancel or pick another account, nothing is deleted.
6. When you see “ลบร้านและบัญชีเรียบร้อยแล้ว” (deleted), you are done. If it fails, check your connection and try again.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer use the app, send a message to the Facebook Page “รถเข็นใกล้ฉัน” or email kampanatth0222@gmail.com with your shop name, the Google account email you signed in with, and “please delete my shop and account”. We may ask a few questions to confirm you own the shop, then delete it and reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Immediately: live location of the shop (all devices on the account).
• Immediately: shop photo, if you added one (deleted before the shop record).
• Immediately: shop record — name, category, shop phone, menu and prices, open flag, location, speed, heading, random install ID, timestamps. The shop disappears from customers’ maps.
• Immediately: your app account in Firebase Authentication — Google name, email, profile photo URL and user ID.

What is not deleted

• Your Google account itself (managed by Google).
• If your account was banned for breaking the terms of use, our team keeps the user ID, Google email, time and reason to stop repeat sign-ups (see the Privacy Policy section 8).
• Content reports about your shop, if any (shop ID, reason, the reporter’s note and time) — kept until our team has reviewed them.
• On-device settings, the random install ID and location-sending state — uninstall the app or clear its data.
• Google Firebase system logs may persist temporarily under the provider’s retention schedule.
• We keep no route history or other copies of shop data.

Partial options

Tap ปิดร้าน (Close shop) to stop sharing and remove location immediately; edit or remove menu items and phone in “แก้ไขร้าน เมนู และราคา”; or sign out (the shop is closed and location removed first). See the Privacy Policy.
