ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน

แม่ค้าพ่อค้าต้องกดยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้ในแอปก่อนบันทึกร้าน ส่วนลูกค้าที่ใช้แอปก็ถือว่ายอมรับข้อตกลงนี้เช่นกัน
1. แอปนี้ทำอะไร
แอปแสดงรถเข็นและร้านเคลื่อนที่ที่เปิดขายอยู่บนแผนที่ ให้ลูกค้าหาเจอ แอปไม่ได้ขายสินค้า ไม่ได้รับเงินแทนร้าน และไม่ได้เป็นตัวแทนของร้านใด การซื้อขายเกิดระหว่างลูกค้ากับร้านโดยตรง คุณภาพ ราคา และความปลอดภัยของสินค้าเป็นความรับผิดชอบของร้าน
2. เนื้อหาที่ห้ามลง
ห้ามลงชื่อร้าน รูปร้าน หรือเมนู ที่มีลักษณะต่อไปนี้
- สินค้าหรือบริการที่ผิดกฎหมาย เช่น ยาเสพติด บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า อาวุธ ของหนีภาษี สัตว์คุ้มครอง หรือการพนัน
- เนื้อหาลามก อนาจาร หรือเนื้อหาทางเพศ
- ความรุนแรง ภาพน่ากลัว หรือการข่มขู่
- คำหยาบ การดูหมิ่น การเหยียด หรือการยุยงให้เกลียดชังผู้อื่น
- ข้อมูลหลอกลวง ร้านที่ไม่มีอยู่จริง ราคาหลอก หรือการแอบอ้างเป็นร้านหรือแบรนด์อื่น
- รูปที่เห็นหน้าคนอื่น ทะเบียนรถ หรือข้อมูลส่วนตัวของคนอื่น โดยเจ้าตัวไม่ยินยอม
- รูปหรือข้อความที่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์หรือเครื่องหมายการค้าของผู้อื่น
- โฆษณาที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับร้าน ข้อความขยะ หรือลิงก์ชวนไปที่อื่น
- เนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะกับเด็กและเยาวชน
3. หน้าที่ของแม่ค้าพ่อค้า
- ใส่ข้อมูลร้านตามจริง และแก้ไขเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- ขายเฉพาะในจุดที่ได้รับอนุญาต และทำตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น เรื่องความสะอาดและความปลอดภัยของอาหาร
- กด “เปิดร้าน” เฉพาะตอนที่ขายอยู่จริง และกด “ปิดร้าน” เมื่อเลิกขาย
- ใช้รูปรถหรือร้านของตัวเอง และดูแลบัญชีของตัวเองไม่ให้ผู้อื่นนำไปใช้
4. การแจ้งเนื้อหาไม่เหมาะสม และการตรวจสอบ
- ทุกคนกด แจ้งร้านนี้ไม่เหมาะสม ในหน้าร้านได้ ไม่ต้องล็อกอิน และไม่มีการส่งข้อมูลของผู้แจ้ง
- ทีมงานตรวจเรื่องที่แจ้งเป็นประจำ และลบชื่อ รูป เมนู หรือร้านที่ผิดข้อตกลงนี้
- บัญชีที่ผิดข้อตกลงร้ายแรงหรือซ้ำ จะถูกระงับ และใช้บัญชี Google นั้นเปิดร้านไม่ได้อีก (แม้ลบบัญชีในแอปแล้วสมัครใหม่)
- ทีมงานอาจลบเนื้อหาที่ผิดข้อตกลงได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
5. การซ่อนร้าน
ลูกค้าที่ไม่อยากเห็นร้านใด กด ซ่อนร้านนี้ ในหน้าร้านได้ ร้านนั้นจะไม่ขึ้นบนแผนที่และรายการร้านในเครื่องนั้นอีก ร้านไม่ได้รับแจ้ง และเลิกซ่อนได้ที่ปุ่มรูปคนมุมขวาบน → ร้านที่ซ่อนไว้
6. ข้อจำกัดของบริการ
แอปให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ ตำแหน่งร้านอาจคลาดเคลื่อนหรือล่าช้าตามสัญญาณ GPS และอินเทอร์เน็ต ร้านอาจปิดหรือย้ายไปแล้ว เราพยายามให้บริการได้ต่อเนื่อง แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะไม่มีการหยุดชะงัก
7. ความเป็นส่วนตัว
ข้อมูลที่แอปเก็บและวิธีลบบัญชี ดูที่ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว และ ลบบัญชีและข้อมูล
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลง
เราอาจปรับข้อตกลงนี้ได้ โดยจะแสดงวันที่ปรับปรุงไว้ด้านบนของหน้านี้ ถ้ามีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญจะแจ้งในแอป

Vendors must accept these terms in the app before saving their shop. Customers who use the app also agree to these terms.
1. What the app does
The app shows street carts and mobile shops that are open for business on a map so customers can find them. The app does not sell goods, does not take payments for shops and does not represent any shop. Purchases are made directly between customers and shops. Shops are responsible for the quality, price and safety of what they sell.
2. Content that is not allowed
Shop names, shop photos and menus must not contain:
- Illegal goods or services, such as drugs, e-cigarettes, weapons, smuggled goods, protected wildlife or gambling
- Pornographic, obscene or sexual content
- Violence, disturbing images or threats
- Profanity, insults, discrimination or hate speech
- Misleading information, shops that don’t exist, fake prices, or impersonating another shop or brand
- Photos showing other people’s faces, licence plates or personal information without their consent
- Photos or text that infringe someone else’s copyright or trademark
- Ads unrelated to the shop, spam, or links to other places
- Content that is not suitable for children and young people
3. Vendor responsibilities
- Enter truthful shop details and keep them up to date
- Sell only in permitted locations and follow the relevant laws, such as food hygiene and safety rules
- Tap “Open shop” only while actually selling, and “Close shop” when you stop
- Use a photo of your own cart or shop, and keep your account secure
4. Reporting and moderation
- Anyone can tap Report this shop on a shop page. No sign-in is needed and the reporter’s details are not sent.
- Our team reviews reports regularly and removes names, photos, menus or shops that break these terms.
- Accounts with serious or repeated violations are banned, and that Google account can no longer be used to run a shop (even after deleting the account in the app and signing up again).
- We may remove content that breaks these terms immediately without notice.
5. Hiding shops
Customers who don’t want to see a shop can tap Hide this shop on its shop page. The shop no longer appears on the map or in shop lists on that phone. The shop is not told. To undo, tap the person icon at the top right → Hidden shops.
6. Limits of the service
The app is provided as is. Shop locations may be inaccurate or delayed depending on GPS and internet signal, and shops may have closed or moved. We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted.

8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update, and we will tell you in the app about important changes.
